TERMS AND CONDITIONS
— Prema Universal (trading as Divine Femme, Empress, Reiki and Southside Healing)
About these terms These terms apply to all courses, programmes, memberships, containers, sessions and products we offer, whether under the Divine Femme or Southside Healing brand — including but not limited to Divine Feminine, The Empress, Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2, and any 1:1, semi-private or group offering. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refers to Prema Universal; "you" refers to the client or purchaser; and "programme" refers to any course, container, membership, session or product we offer, whether paid in full, by deposit, or by instalments.


1. Nature of the work Our courses, programmes and sessions offer Reiki, energy healing, somatic and subconscious practices for personal growth and wellbeing. You recognise and agree that this work is complementary in nature, that it is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or a diagnostic service, and that it is not a substitute for any of them.

2. No medical or therapeutic claims You recognise and agree that we make no claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental health condition, and that nothing shared in our materials, sessions or communications constitutes medical, psychological or clinical advice.

3. Your health and responsibility
You recognise and agree that you remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing. If you have or suspect any physical or mental health condition, you agree to consult a qualified medical practitioner. You further recognise and agree that you will continue any prescribed treatment and will not discontinue, delay or alter medical care because of anything arising through this work. You agree to inform us before beginning if you are pregnant, have a diagnosed medical or psychiatric condition, or are under the care of a healthcare professional.

4. Individual experience
You recognise and agree that responses to energy and subconscious work vary widely, that we give no guarantee of any particular outcome, shift or experience, and that what you receive depends on your own engagement, practice and circumstances.

5. Client results and case studies
From time to time we may share the transformations, testimonials, case studies and results of our own practice and of previous or existing clients. You recognise and agree that these are shared for illustrative purposes only, that they are neither typical nor average, and that we do not guarantee you will experience similar outcomes. You further recognise and agree that individual results vary and depend on many factors, including your background, circumstances, motivation, commitment and consistency of practice.

6. Integration and self-care
You recognise and agree that this work can bring emotional, physical or energetic responses as your system recalibrates, that you accept full responsibility for your own integration, self-care and choices during and after any programme, and that you will seek appropriate professional support if you need it.

7. Digital products and immediate access
You expressly request and consent to immediate access to any digital product on completion of purchase. You recognise and agree that all digital products we sell — including courses, programmes, recordings, manuals, masterclasses, audio and downloadable materials — are non-refundable, and that by consenting to immediate access you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw once access has been supplied.

8. No refunds All sales are final.
You recognise and agree that no refunds are given on any deposit, digital product, course, programme, container or session, and that it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the offer is right for you before purchasing.

9. Deposits
You recognise and agree that any deposit paid to secure a place, begin an application, or hold access to a programme is non-refundable — regardless of whether you go on to join, complete or attend the programme it relates to, and regardless of whether the deposit is paid as part of a full programme purchase or stands alone (for example, as a booking or application deposit).

10. Payment plans and instalments
You recognise and agree that if you purchase any programme via a payment plan or instalment option, you are responsible for completing every instalment in full — whether or not you complete the programme within the timeframe provided, and whether or not you continue to attend, engage with or access it. If you leave a programme before the full amount is paid, you recognise and agree that you remain responsible for the balance owing on that programme from the date you registered. All deposits and instalments already paid are non-refundable in all circumstances. If payments fall late, access will be suspended until payments are back in good standing.

11. Custom and bespoke payment arrangements
You recognise and agree that some payment amounts and schedules are agreed with you individually — however that agreement is reached, including but not limited to a call, message, email or in-person conversation — based on your own circumstances, and may not match a fixed programme price or standard instalment schedule. You recognise and agree that each payment we invoice to you (including via Stripe) under such an arrangement — whatever the amount, and however it was agreed — is a deposit or instalment towards the total price of the programme, that the terms on deposits (clause 9) and instalments (clause 10) apply to it in the same way, and that it is non-refundable regardless of the amount, timing, method or channel through which it was agreed.

12. Attunements and certification
Attunements may be delivered in person, live online, or through recorded or distance transmission, at our discretion and according to the format of the programme purchased. You recognise and agree that an attunement, once given in any of these forms, cannot be reversed, transferred or repeated for a refund. Certification is issued on completion of the required practice and integration, at the teacher's discretion. You recognise and agree that completion of a course does not qualify you to teach unless expressly stated.

13. Materials and intellectual property
You recognise and agree that all course content, recordings, manuals and materials remain the intellectual property of Prema Universal, are licensed to you for personal use only, and may not be copied, shared, resold or taught to others without written permission.

14. Confidentiality and conduct
You recognise and agree that what is shared within group containers stays within them, that you will hold the confidentiality of other participants, and that you will engage respectfully. You further recognise and agree that we reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct compromises the safety of the space, without refund.

15. Eligibility and authority to purchase
You recognise and agree that you are 18 or over. If you are under 18, you recognise and agree that you may only purchase with the express prior consent of a parent or guardian, and that the adult giving consent accepts these terms on your behalf. You further recognise and agree that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, or that you have the account holder's permission to use it, and that it is your responsibility to ensure this before completing payment.

16. Currency
You recognise and agree that all prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout, and that you are responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees applied by your bank or card provider.

17. Personal data
We collect and use your personal data only for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you in relation to those services. We will not share your personal data with any third party unless required by law or with your prior consent.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any contract between us, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the contract
